Steps:
- 1. Prick pie crust and bake at 400°F for 12 min 2. Saute onion and broccoli in butter and broth until tender. 3. Beat milk and eggs. Add salt, pepper, nutmeg, and Swiss cheese, then add broccoli and onion. 4. Combine Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs in shallow bowl. 5. Sprinkle 1/3 of crumb mixture into pie crust, then dip tomato slices in the remaining mixture. 6. Arrange half of tomato slices in bottom of crust, then pour egg mixture over. Add remaining tomatoes on top and sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. 7. Bake at 325°F for 1 hr or until knife comes out clean. Cool 20 min before serving
