Tom Yum Soup image

Quick and easy with amazing flavor and a little kick of heat.

Number Of Ingredients 9

6 cup(s) chicken stock
1 tablespoon(s) chicken bouillon
8 - jumbo shrimp peeled and deviened
1 cup(s) boneless skinless chicken thighs cubed
1 cup(s) shiitake mushrooms sliced
2 tablespoon(s) fish sauce
1 tablespoon(s) heaping chili paste in soybean oil
6 tablespoon(s) lime juice
- fresh cilantro for garnish

Steps:

  • Bring the chicken broth and bouillon to a boil over medium high heat. Add the chicken, and mushrooms. Stir in the chili paste, fish sauce and lime juice. Let cook 5 minutes. Add the shrimp and cook 2 more minutes. Garnish with cilantro.
