1/2 cup butter
6 tablespoons brown sugar
6 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/8 teaspoon salt
6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or 1/2 cup pecans
1/2 cup coconut (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • Mix batter ingredients until well mixed and thick.
  • Spoon batter into paper lined tins dividing evenly between 12 tins.
  • Bake at 375F degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden.
  • While that is baking, mix all filling ingredients together.
  • Remove from the oven and spoon about 1 Tbs. filling into each cup equally.
  • Bake again for about 15 minutes.
  • Let cool then enjoy.
