Steps:
- In a small saucepan, combine sugar, butter, and 1/4 c water. Bring just to a boil; remove from heat. Add chocolate chips and vanilla. Stir until chocolate melts.. Transfer misture to large bowl. Beat in eggs, one at a time. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Gradually add flour mixture to chocolate batter. Spead in greased 9x13" pan Bake @ 325F for 50 minutes.
