TOFU CHEESECAKE image

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 eggs
1 LB fresh tofu
1 cup honey
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp lemon rind
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
dash of salt

Steps:

  • Mix everything in the blender until smooth. Turn into the prepared crust or a lightly buttered 8" baking dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Chill thoroughly. Prepare your favorite cheesecake crumb crust in an 8" spring form pan. (optional)
