TOASTER OVEN BACON
Steps:
- 1. Put wire rack so it is as close as possible to the bottom burner 2. Fully cover baking pan with tin foil 3. Lay out bacon on the baking pan & put in oven 4. Set toaster over to bake @ 380 degrees 5. Flip bacon for 1st time when the oven reaches 380. 6. Monitor bacon...flipping & moving slices approx every 3 mins until cooked to your liking. **After baking pan has cooled put 1 sheet of VIVA over bacon fat jar & add in the bacon grease. Use VIVA to season your cast iron pan :-)
