2 ounces Lillet Rose
2 ounces fresh grapefruit juice plus 1 grapefruit peel twist, for garnish
1 ounce gin

Steps:

  • Pour the Lillet Rose, grapefruit juice and gin into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel.
