Steps:
- At least 1 hour before serving, freeze 6 to 8 martini glasses.
- Combine the gin, lime juice, pomegranate juice, and simple syrup in a large pitcher. Fill a cocktail shaker half full of ice, pour in the gimlet mixture until the shaker is 3/4 full and shake for 15 seconds. Pour into the frozen glasses and garnish each glass with a teaspoon of pomegranate seeds and a slice of lime.
TICKLED PUNCH

- Combine the sugar, 1 cup water and the packet of fruit punch mix in a medium saucepot and bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar and powdered drink mix dissolve. Remove from the heat and cool.
- Add the white wine to a large pitcher and stir in the fruit punch simple syrup. Refrigerate until ready to serve and top with lemon-lime soda.
GRAPEFRUIT GIMLET

GREEN GIMLET
Tart greens-based juice stands in for lime juice in this twist on a gimlet. Because nothing says "healthy" "ish" like adding alcohol and sugar syrup to green juice.

- Combine the Super Green Juice, gin and Simple Syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
- Juice, in this order, the lemons, apple, romaine, cucumber and greens, following your juicer's specific settings for each. Serve the juice immediately over ice, if desired.
- Bring the sugar and 1 cup water to a boil in a small saucepan. When the sugar is completely dissolved, remove the saucepan from the heat and cool the syrup to room temperature. Refrigerate, covered, for up to 1 month.

BASIL GIMLET
Steps:
- Place 6 of the basil leaves in the palm of your hand and clap. Place the leaves in the base of a cocktail shaker and add the simple syrup and lime juice. Pummel the basil leaves with a muddler to release the oils. Add the gin to the shaker along with ice. Put the top on the cocktail shaker and shake. Using a strainer, pour the mixture into a glass.
- Place the remaining basil leaf in your hand and clap. Garnish the cocktail with the basil leaf and serve.
