THREE-INGREDIENT PARMESAN POTATOES image

Another older recipe I found in my archives and thought worth sharing. Sounds so delicious and easy to prepare. Recipe: kraftrecipes.com 01-21-15

Number Of Ingredients 3

2 pound(s) yukon gold potatoes (about 8), cut into 1/8-inch slices
3 tablespoon(s) butter, melted and divided
1/2 cup(s) grated parmesan cheese, divided

Steps:

  • After slicing, rinse potatoes and pat dry with paper towels.
  • Brush 1 Tbsp. butter onto bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate. Toss potatoes with remaining butter and 1/4 cup of the cheese; layer on bottom and up sides of pie plate. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • Bake in a preheated 425ยบ oven for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Loosen potatoes from side and bottom of pie plate; invert immediately onto serving plate. Garnish with chopped fresh chives if desired before serving.
