- Preparation Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 12 (1/2 cup) muffin cups. Mix together flour, sugar, chopped walnuts, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Combine bananas, butter, egg and milk in medium bowl. Add banana mixture to dry ingredients, mixing until just combined. Divide batter among prepared cups. Bake until tester inserted into center comes out clean, about 25 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
