3 lbs lamb cubed bite size
Marinade ingredients:
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup dry red wine
5 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp celery salt
2 T fresh basil, chopped
2 T fresh mint, chopped
2 T fresh oregano, chopped
2 T fresh rosemary, chopped
2 T fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup vinegar
1 bay leaf

Steps:

  • Combine marinade ingredients. Add meat and marinate 72 hours, turning occasionally Skewer and grill lamb, basting with marinade
