Steps:
- Take a container and then take yeast and honey and pour the warm milk. (¼ Cup).
- Mix the batter and let it sit aside for 5 mins. After being formed, the yeast is active and good to use. If you see nothing even after 5-7 mins, change the yeast. Or try to put more warm milk. This is an important step. Be sure that froth is been formed.
- Now take another vessel and add flour, salt, baking powder, xanthum gum, flax seeds, flaxseed meal, and apple cider.
- Add the rest milk and add egg whites and butter. Mix them well. The batter would become sticky.
- After mixing it well, transfer the batter to a lined bread baking tray.
- Cover the batter with a wet cloth and then leave for an hour to rise in the warn corner.
- After an hour the batter will rise up. Preheat the oven to 18c and bake it for an hour.
- Take it out from the oven and them from the bread container.
- Now put the bread again the oven so that the bread is cooked from the other side too
- Just bake it for 10 minutes. Take out the bread and let it rest for 10 mins or more.
- Cut the bread after it cools down.
- Toast it and enjoy the gluten-free bread.
