The best Turkey Chili ever! image

Reminds me of Einstein bros turkey chili

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 - green bell peper
1 - red bell pepper
1 - sweet onion
1 can(s) kidney beans
1 can(s) chili beans
2 pound(s) ground turkey
2 cup(s) shredded turkey (i use leftovers from thanksgiving)
1 package(s) carroll shelby chili mix
1 can(s) prego cheese tomato sauce
1 can(s) tomato juice
- cheddar cheese
- sour cream

Steps:

  • Chop fresh veggies into cubes set aside
  • Brown ground turkey, then add fresh veggies
  • Once veggies are tender then add the beans and the shredded turkey
  • Add tomato sauce and juice let simmer for 15 mins
  • Add Carroll Shelby's packet chili seasonings and masa flour only continue to cook till hot
  • Once Chili is ready to eat add cheddar cheese to bowl along with a dollop of sour cream. Enjoy!
