I found this soup in an old softcover Pillsbury cookbook almost 30 years ago...the book is long gone but this recipe is awesome!! I always get surprised looks after the first taste .....not what you'd expect and I always get asked for the recipe.

Steps:
- 1. Brown beef in a dutch oven with the onions and celery...drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer over low heat until carrots are tender and soup is heated thoroughly...approx 15 mins. I also love that has no added salt and is only 190 calories per cup!! This is one of my favorite soups. So good with my Easy Ranch Bread!
