½ cup baby spinach leaves
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 ½ cups cold almond milk
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon fresh blueberries, or to taste

Steps:

  • Place apple, spinach, and chia seeds into a blender. Add almond milk and cinnamon and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with blueberries.
