This really is the best Chicken Chili around! It's creamy, delicious and it has a kick to it so watch out ;)

1 pkg hidden valley ranch seasoning mix
1 tsp cumin
1 Tbsp chilpotle chili powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp butter
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
8 oz plain cream cheese
2 chicken breasts, chopped into bite sized pieces
1 c chicken stock
