Pasta-Crab Salad image

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 ounces vermicelli broken in 2-inch lengths
1 (6-ounce) package frozen crab meat thawed
1/2 cup celery thinly sliced
1/4 cup mayonnaise Low Calorie
1 tablespoon pimiento sliced, drained
1 tablespoon green onion minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 lettuce leaves
2 teaspoons parsley chopped

Steps:

  • Cook vermicelli according to package directions drain. Rinse with cold running water and drain well.In a medium bowl, toss vermicelli, crab meat, celery, mayonnaise, pimiento, green onion, salt and pepper. Cover and chill for 20 minutes.To serve, mound half of the salad on each lettuce leaf. Sprinkle with parsley.
