I have had a few versions of these brownies. This is the very best I ever had. They are Flourless. You would never know there are beans in these beauties. I got the original recipe from Healthy Eating Cook Book. It has been tweaked to my liking. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Spray an 8x8 inch pan with oil. You may also parchment line or foil line pan if desired. Heat oven to 350 degree's.
- Spray an 8x8 inch pan with oil. You may also parchment line or foil line Place beans in a colander. Drain beans and rinse well with water. Shake off excess water.
- Pour beanss into food processor or blender. Pulse until beans look almost all chopped up, and well combined. Remove from food processor and mash further with a fork until it is paste like. Add beans to bowl with half the chocolate chips and half the coconut. Combine well.
- In another bowl. Mix together the remaining ingredients. Eggs, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, vinegar, and vanilla.
- Add in the chocolate chip coconut bean mixture. Stir well.
- Pour in to pan. Sprinkle the top with the remaining nuts and coconut if desired. Press down with the back of a spoon. Place in oven. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes, or until pick comes out clean.
- Place remaining chocolate chips in a small bowl. Add about a tablespoon of milk. Microwave on low until melted. Stir well. Drizzle over top of brownies. Spread the thin layer over the brownies. They will be very moist brownies. Cool and cut in to squares. Note: If you want the mixture to be thicker. Simply add more chocolate chips and a little bit more milk
