1 (14 ounce) can coconut milk
1 (12 ounce) jar peanut butter
3 -4 tablespoons sugar
0.25 (4 ounce) can masaman curry paste (Thai)
0.25 (4 ounce) can red curry paste (Thai)
2 -3 tablespoons thai sweet chili paste (Nam Prik Pau)

Steps:

  • Combine in wok, cook together adding curry to taste.
  • Serve warm as dipping sauce for Satay meat skewers.
