Thai Ginger Paprika Pork Steaks image

A smoky citrusy take on pork steaks. A family favorite and great way to change up your everyday pork.

Number Of Ingredients 6

24 ounces pork steaks
1 teaspoon Hungarian paprika
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 lime, zest of
salt & pepper

Steps:

  • Sprinkle pork steaks with lime juice on both sides.
  • Mix paprika, ginger, lime zest, salt & pepper and rub into both sides of pork steak. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
  • Grill pork steaks on medium high heat until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. or until barely pink in the middle.
