Steps:
- For rum: Mix rum & strawberries in a large pitcher. Place in a refrigerator to infuse for 2 days. Then strain. For syrup: Bring to a simmer until sugar dissolves, cool, and store in refrigerator. For mojito: Mix first 3 ingredients in a large pitcher. Place ice in high ball glasses, fill glass with rum mix up to 3/4 full, top with soda water, stir. Garnish with a fresh strawberry and serve immediately.
