Steps:
- -Cook hamburger and drain -Mix with taco mix and water -Add cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper -Saute peppers and onion in butter until soft -Mix meat mixture and vegetables. Add tomato sauce, black beans, corn and cooked rice. Mix well and add cilantro and cheddar cheese. -Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Add cheese on top for last five minutes
