Teriyaki Marinade image

A sweet girl gave this recipe to me years ago and it's still good today. I make it often to put over rice, pork, chicken and beef. Can't go wrong with this one.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/3 cup(s) soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) sugar
1 teaspoon(s) ginger
1 teaspoon(s) minced garlic

Steps:

  • Warm soy sauce and vinegar in sauce pan, add sugar, ginger and minced garlic. stir until sugar is dissolved. Enough to marinate 6 breasts or whatever meat you prefer.
  • You can marinate it overnight.
