- 1. Simmer soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, sugar, and cornstarch in a sauce pan until thick 2-3 minutes. Transfer half the liquid to a bowl and set aside. Add water to saucepan and boil. Add ramen and cook. Take of heat and add cole slaw. 2. Cook chicken and toss in reserved soy mixture. Serve over the noodles.
