TEQUILA AND ORANGE LIQUOR CHICKEN image

Number Of Ingredients 12

4 large skinless and boneless chicken breasts
6 cloves of garlic, minced
1/4 cup onion, minced
1/4 cup cilantro, minced
1/4 cup parsley, minced
The juice of 6 large limes
1/4 cup tequila
1/4 cup orange liquor
6 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients (except chicken) in a large bowl. Perforate chicken breasts with a fork to facilitate the marinade. Place chicken breasts in a large zip loc bag. Pour marinade into zip loc bag. Marinate chicken in the refrigerator for up to 6 hours. Broil or grill on a bar b q for 7 minutes a side or until juices run clear.
