This is my mom's recipe, but I have spiced it up! It has more beef too! Good old comfort food!

Steps:
- 1. Brown the ground beef, onion and green pepper in a large pot.
- 2. Add the raw rice and mix. Add the tomato sauce and hot water, stir. Add remaining ingredients.
- 3. Mix and bring to a quick boil and simmer for 25 minutes.
- 4. *** I omit the green peppers and I add the can of mushrooms. I HATE GREEN PEPPERS!!! LOL!!!!
