This is a different way to make salmon patties.

Steps:
- Clean the bones from the canned salmon and break up with your hands.(you may want to use gloves)
- Beat the egg in a bowl, add the salmon, crackers, corn, lime juice, ketchup and cayenne pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Form and shap into patties.
- Heat the tablespoon of oil in skillet. Drop the patties into the pan and cook approximately 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Carefully remove from pan and serve with vegetable or salad.
