Tasty Crab Spread image

Yield 2 cups

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
12 ounces crabmeat

Steps:

  • Process or blend cream cheese, lemon juice, onions, paprika, salt, and pepper till smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl and stir in crabmeat. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with crusty bread rounds or Melba toast.
