Steps:
- Fit pie shell in a 10 inch tart pan and prick the bottom several times with a fork. Split plums in half and remove pit. Place plums skind side down on pie shell and sprinkle with two tablespoons of sugar. Beat the rest of the sugar with egg. Stir in flour and mix completely. Stir in the milk, butter and Kirsh. Pour mixture over the plums and bake at 400 F for 40-45 minutes. Let cool completely. Serve cold.
