Tarragon Vinaigrette image

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 tablespoon Tarragon
2 tablespoon White Balsamic, white wine, or sherry (for bold flavor) vinager
2 tablespoon 1 medium shallot finely minced
1/2 teaspoon salt (kosher)
1/2 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
4 tablespoon olive oil

Steps:

  • Whisk together vigorously.
  • Let sit 10 minutes to "cook" shallot and reduce the raw onion flavor.
  • Pour over grated carrots, thinly sliced fennel, or roasted potatoes. Add fresh parsley or mint to taste.
