TARRAGON GREEN BEANS image

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 pounds green beans, trimmed
1 T. butter
1 T. shallots, minced
1 T. tarragon, roughly chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Parboil the beans in salted water until tender to the bite, about 5 minutes. Drain. Saute the shallots in butter until tender, add the beans and saute for 2-3 minutes, until warm. Stir in the chopped tarragon, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
