1 cup shelled and toasted nuts, can use walnuts, pistachios, almonds, or pine nuts
2 lg cloves garlic minced
6 tbsps tahini (sesame paste)
Juice of one lemon
1/4 cup virgin olive oil
Salt,pepper,cayenne to taste
Fresh parsley or cilantro as garnish

Steps:
