Tangy Turkey Burgers image

I prefer to use mixed ground turkey meat instead of the all-white, it makes for a moister burger!

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 1/2 pound(s) ground turkey
2 - green onions, chopped
2 tablespoon(s) white wine and herb chicken marinade
1 teaspoon(s) garlic salt with parsley
1 teaspoon(s) black pepper
6 - french hamburger buns, toasted
TOPPINGS:
- gourmet mixed lettuce leaf
- sliced avocado
- horseradish dijon mayonnaise

Steps:

  • Gently combine first 5 ingredients. Shape mixture into 6 (4-inch) patties.
  • Heat a cast-iron grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook patties in pan 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until done. You can also cook them on your outside grill.
  • Serve burgers on buns with desired toppings.
