Tangy Cheesy Dill Pickle Dip image

We really enjoyed all the eclectic flavors in this delicious dill pickle dip recipe. It's tangy and creamy with hints of taco flavor. You get yummy bits of cheese in every bite. Whether it's kept as a dip or tuned into a cheese ball, this will be a hit at your next party. It's a cinch to make when you need a last minute...

Time 20m

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 pkg cream cheese, 8 oz.
1/2 c dill pickles, chopped (up to 3/4 cup)
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
2-3 stalk(s) green onion, chopped
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp taco seasoning mix (trust me here!)
parsley, dillweed or dill to garnish
milk (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Mix cream cheese until smooth and creamy. For chopped pickle, I shred them on a cheese grater (much easier and quicker!).
  • 2. Add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Add milk to thin out if it's too thick or you can form into a cheese ball and cover with parsley or dillweed.
  • 3. Serve with crackers or chips!
