Tangy Carrot Salad image

A good salad that is quick and simple. I use dried cranberries instead of raisins. Your choice.

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 lbs. carrots
1 cup mayonnaise
1 lb. dried cranberries
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

Steps:

  • 1. Shred or grate carrots. Mix with remaining ingredients. Chill overnight.
