I love oranges and tangerines. This salsa was at a Christmas party and I loved it!!! I had to beg for the recipe and would like to share it with my friends.

Steps:
- 1. Heat oil in a medium sauce pan over medium heat. Cook onions until just caramelized.
- 2. Add tomatoes and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
- 3. Remove from heat and let cool.
- 4. In a large bowl, mix together cooked tomatoes and onions with the tangerines.
- 5. Stir in the lime juice, hot sauce and salt.
- 6. Serve with tortilla chips. Salsa can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
