1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
½ cup sesame oil
¼ cup kosher salt (such as Morton®)

Steps:

  • Combine the octopus, green onions, sesame oil, and kosher salt in a bowl; mix well. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
