Tahini Latte image

1/2 cup vanilla almond milk, warmed
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup (2 shots) brewed espresso
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Ground cinnamon, for serving

Steps:

  • Combine the milk, tahini, espresso and maple syrup in the carafe of a blender and blend until homogeneous and frothy, about 1 minute. Pour into 2 cups. Serve immediately with cinnamon on top of the foam.
