2 lb ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning
1/2 cup water
1 med onion, diced (optional)
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 bag (5 lb.) frozen tater tots
1 jar (16 oz.) salsa con queso dip
Sour cream (optional)

Steps:

Preheat oven to package directions on tater tots. Brown beef, then add taco seasoning, water, and onion. Continue cooking until beef is completely seasoned.
Spread beef mixture over bottom of 9x13 casserole dish. Evenly coat beef mixture with corn. Cover with tater tots, and then bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cover with salsa con queso dip. Bake for additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving. Top with sour cream if desired.
