Taco Surprise Appetizer image

This is a great appetizer and it always disappears whenever I serve it. Serve with a large bag of tortilla chips.

Number Of Ingredients 11

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 avocado, mashed
2 teaspoons lemon juice
salt and pepper
1 -2 cup lettuce, shredded
1 -2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2 green onions, chopped
1/4-1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
3 tomatoes, chopped
1/4-1/2 cup sliced black olives

Steps:

  • Mix the first 5 ingredients together with a mixer.
  • Spread onto a large platter.
  • Then top with topping ingredients in order given.
  • Serve with tortilla chips.
  • Enjoy!
