Steps:
- Heat a large pot over medium-high heat. Cook and ground turkey in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.
- Add onion to the skillet and cook and stir over medium heat until translucent, about 5 minutes. Add beer and taco seasoning, stirring until beer cooks down.
- Stir in both cans of diced tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, corn, and chiles. Simmer over medium-low heat for 1 hour.
