Yield 3 1/2 quarts

Number Of Ingredients 10

1 pound lean ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
3 (16-ounce) cans Mexican-style chili beans, undrained
16-ounce can whole corn, undrained
16-ounce can chopped tomatoes, undrained
15-ounce can tomato sauce
1 1/2 cups water
4 1/2-ounce can chopped green chilies
1 package Taco seasoning mix
1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch dry salad dressing mix

Steps:

  • 1. Cook beef and onion until beef is browned; drain. 2. Mix beef and onion with other ingredients in a large pan. Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat and let simmer for 15 minutes.
