Steps:
- In a large skillet, sauté onions and mushrooms. When onion is clear and mushrooms soft, add pressed garlic. Sauté until liquid is evaporated. Remove from pan and reserve. Brown sirloin and sausage in skillet with oregano, sage and salt. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and onion/mushroom mixture. Reduce liquid. When liquid is reduced, add mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Mix well until cheese is melted. Serve on toasted buns.
