2 cups instant white rice, cooked, cooled
2 tomatoes, cut in half, seeded and chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1 bunch green onions (about 5 onions), chopped
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
1/8 tsp. black pepper

Steps:

  • Combine rice, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions in medium bowl.
  • Add remaining ingredients; stir. Cover.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
