Steps:

Add the water, broth concentrate, cornstarch, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, chili paste and sugar to the pan. stir until it boils. Add the peanuts, zucchini and spinach. Stir quickly over high heat until everything is hot. Serve over drained pasta.
