Steps:
- Cut steak into 4 serving pieces.
- Dredge in flour, mixed with salt; place in crock pot.
- Add chopped vegetables and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour tomato sauce over meat and vegetables.
- Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
