This recipe, picked by the hubs, comes from one of his favorite cookbooks, "Casseroles to the Rescue". It's really simple and very delicious. We whipped it together for a supper with friends. But I can't help but wonder -- if it was that good with CANNED asparagus, how awesome would it be with FRESH?!?

Steps:
- Place asparagus in 1 1/2 quart buttered casserole dish.
- Combine sour cream, Swiss cheese, onion flakes, salt, pepper, dry mustard, and garlic powder and mix well to blend.
- Spoon sour cream mixture over asparagus
- Toss breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over casserole.
- Bake uncovered at 325*F for 30 minutes.
