Steps:
- Combine apples, sugar, vinegar, 2 tablespoons vegan margarine, cinnamon, salt and cloves in slow cooker. Cover; Cook on low 8 hours.
- Stir in remaining 2 tablespoons vegan margarine and vanilla. cool completely.
