Sweet & Sour Chicken image

I love this dish so yummy & very good to impress.

Number Of Ingredients 10

COATING
3 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 c cornstarch
2 eggs beaten
1/4 c oil
SAUCE
3/4 c white sugar
4 Tbsp ketchup
1/2 c white vinegar
1 Tbsp soy sauce

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven 325. Cut chicken into cubes heat oil, dip chicken in cornstarch first THEN beaten egg.
  • 2. Just quick brown chicken either side, in heated oil. Put in 9X9 dish. Make sauce, pour over.
  • 3. Put in oven. Stir coating chicken every 15 mins. Sauce really thickens on its own. In an hour it is done. Enjoy.
