Sweet Potato Fries image

Skip the deep-fried French fries in favor of these tasty oven-baked wedges. You'll need just four ingredients and 10 minutes prep time.

4 medium unpeeled sweet potatoes (1 1/2 lb)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • Cut sweet potatoes into 1/2-inch wedges. In large bowl, toss potatoes and oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place potatoes in single layer in pan.
  • Bake uncovered 25 to 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until potatoes are golden brown and tender when pierced with fork.
